[Installment] What are the terms for payment by credit card installments?

Terms
You can pay by installment on Shopee when:
- The Total Payment of your checkout is as the table below:

3-months | CIMB | RM100 | RM20,000 |
6-months | PBB, MBB, CIMB | RM500 | RM20,000 |
12-months | PBB, MBB, CIMB | RM1,000 | RM20,000 |
18-months | MBB, CIMB | RM1,500 | RM50,000 |
24-months | CIMB, PBB | RM2,000 | RM50,000 |
36-months | CIMB, PBB | RM2,500 | RM50,000 |
- You are paying by a credit card issued by the following banks/card providers:
Limitations
Payment by installments is not applicable for the purchase of Shopee Digital Products and purchases from the Tickets & Vouchers category.
Refunds
If you request a refund for products paid in installments, these terms apply:
If you request a refund for products paid in installments, these terms apply:
- Refunds will be made for all items if your order only contains 1 unique product despite multiple variations within it.
- (For example, buyers bought 5 items from the same unique product. Hence, a refund will be in full amount as the buyer is not able to have a partial refund for 2 items out of 5).
- Partial refunds are only allowed when your order contains more than 1 unique product. (For example, the buyer bought 2 unique products but only 1 of them was defective. Hence, a partial refund will be provided for that defective unique product).
⚠️ Notes:
- Debit cards are not eligible for payment by installments.
- Sellers have the option to enable Credit Card Installment for their shops. You will not be able to see or choose Credit Card Installment payment option if the seller is not offering this option
- You can order from different sellers in a single checkout (as long as these sellers have Credit Card Installment payment enabled for their shop). For more info, refer here.
